WALKING THE SOUTH DOWNS WAY (5TH ED) (PB)

The South Downs Way runs for 100 miles between Winchester and Eastbourne, and stays entirely within the boundaries of the National Park. It can be explored at any time of year and is an excellent introduction to long-distance walking.
