SISTERHOOD (PB)

In Oceania, Big Brother is always watching, and trust is a luxury. Julia is dutiful, useful, subservient, meek. Her secret would lead to her death if it were discovered: she is part of The Sisterhood, dedicated to overthrowing Big Brother. When Julia thinks she’s found a potential member of The Brotherhood, it seems like their common goal might be within sight. As she gets closer to Winston Smith, Julia’s past starts to catch up with her. But by now, she has nothing left to lose.
