At the age of 41, Rich Waters was diagnosed with early-onset Parkinson's disease. Soon afterwards, he learned that his young daughter was also facing a degenerative condition. Rich was forced to confront the fragility of existence in a way he had never imagined. Cold water swimming became his lifeline - a source of fulfilment and a wellspring of resilience.
